Awareness Practice 1

If you are trying to find direction in your life
or make a choice in life,
taking about five minutes of quiet each day
to answer the following two questions may help you

1. What am I most grateful for today?
2. What am I least grateful for today?

Another way of asking these questions is -

 

1. Where did I feel most alive today?
2. Where did I feel least alive today?

 

Through this simple daily practice insignificant moments will begin to form a pattern pointing out the way forward and you will begin to discover your giftedness in relation to the whole of creation.

     Click on the water below

     Listen to its sound

     Hear its wisdom

     Pause a moment

     Take a long deep breath in and let it out slowly (three times)                

 In doing this practice you will become part of a world-wide movement of people who find a few  minutes  each day

to stop
to listen
to reflect
to be present
to discover God within
to be.
